I directed the end-to-end lifecycle of a proprietary market intelligence platform, managing everything from user discovery and roadmap definition to go-to-market execution. To empower leadership, I led a multi-agent AI initiative that synthesized competitor data using the MACI reasoning framework and an internal ontology knowledge base that delivers strategic insights. My work extends deeply into hardware performance and predictive analytics. I guided capacity allocation for over five major AI hyperscalers by benchmarking inference performance across leading-edge GPUs (B200, H200, H100) and TPUs (v6e, v5e, v5p). Combining this hardware expertise with machine learning, I designed an AI-augmented make-to-order shipment forecast for advanced nodes (N2-N7), capturing over $300M in daily export value and streamlining the distribution of thousands of chips.

As a Product Manager at Cloudmed, I developed and executed the product roadmap for migrating the data warehouse from Microsoft Synapse to Snowflake and the migration of business reports. I prioritized over 400 user stories, 20+ features, and 6+ epics, leveraging SQL to make data-driven decisions that aligned with business goals and user needs. I would coordinate with data and analytics teams to phase product releases and establish user feedback channels to drive continuous product improvement.
